The Brdr. Rønje Holding A/S group was established in 1999 and is owned equally by the two brothers, Torben Rønje and Ib Henrik Rønje.

The Group's business areas comprise investments in venture companies and other project-related investments. These activities are performed from Brdr. Rønje Holding A/S and Innoventure A/S.

Ib Henrik and Torben Rønje set up as estate agents back in 1977 and subsequently founded Sjælsø Gruppen A/S.
