Kongeegen A/S is a property company under Kongeegen Holding A/S which primarily invests in commercial properties with development potential and located in and north of Copenhagen.

Our property portfolio contains commercial properties of different natures from classic properties to former industrial properties that are rebuilt into office tenancies or shop and storage tenancies – while maintaining each property’s special architectural features and potential. 

As the company has special relation to Allerød, Kongeegen A/S has also invested in a number of smaller commercial properties located in the Municipality of Allerød.

Kongeegen A/S has much focus on development, letting, maintenance and operation of the properties attached to the Group - for the purpose of optimising the function and value of such properties. Management of leases, finances, etc. is performed internally in Kongeegen.

New investments are mostly made in fully or partially leased out properties.
